In this article, we will enlist few top rated books recommended by the experts.

But before we disclose the books, here are few things that you should keep in mind while referring to some source for preparation.

  • Never buy a common book for all subjects of NEET

Common books do not carry the entire syllabus as well as most of the things may be incorrect. Though common books are more economic than the subject books but this not going to help you.

  • Study from one book for one subject.

Don’t refer to too many books for the same topic. However if you find some topic is either given in difficult vocab that you are unable to understand, in this situation you can go to some other easy source but do not refer to too many sources because you will be confused as different authors use the different way of explaining. So stick to one book per subject.

  • NCERT books are must

You should be well versed with the NCERT books of the subjects of NEET UG. As most of the syllabus is covered from the NCERT books, it becomes imperative for the candidates to prepare NCERT books to excel in NEET exam.

  • Do not study from MCQ books

MCQ books are only for practice. Study the topic from your standard textbooks and refer to MCQ book only for practice because MCQ books do not have appropriate explaining of the topics and moreover many things are given incorrectly.

  • Practice both offline and online

Once you are prepared with the syllabus, your next step should be practice. Practice hard both offline mode by referring to the previous year papers and mock tests from the MCQ books or any other source. You should also practice online as it will give you exam like environment for practice and will also give you feedback. Join Test series to practice well.
