AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with Minimum 60% Marks for General Category Candidates and Minimum 55% marks for OBC/SC/ST Candidates

4 years course or Diploma in Aircraft/Electrical/Instrument/Radio Artificer Training conducted by Indian Navy

OR

 

3.

3 Years Engineering Diploma/4 years degree  in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics &Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with Minimum 60% Marks for General category candidates and 55% marks forOBC/SC/ST

Emoluments

The emoluments for the Aircraft Technician post have been listed below:

Training Period of 1 Year

Rs. 15000/- per month

After Successful Completion of Training

Rs. 17,680/- per month

Contract Period

An initial 5-year contract period extendable up to 5 years period at a time depending on the requirements of the AIESL and the performance of the employee.

 

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates are required to appear in a written test for the post to be conducted in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Kolkata.

The result of the Recruitment would be declared in the last week of January, 2017 (tentatively) on the official website.
