JEE Advanced is the second stage of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Only the candidates who qualify in the JEE MAINS are eligible to sit for JEE ADVANCED Examination.

Advanced JEE Exam is organized by the prestigious IITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). In 2016 After the declaration of result of JEE MAINS, JEE ADVANCED will be conducted on May 22nd, 2016.

 Cut-Off of JEE ADVANCED 2016

Cut off is the minimum marks required to qualify in the examination, the qualifying marks that a candidates must score in order to get admission in the undergraduate technical course. Cut off is decided by keeping various factors in mind like the difficulty level of the examination, number of candidates competing in the examination and availability of seats. Cut off for JEE advanced is decided and declared by the body responsible for conducting the examination. Based on the cut off , Rank list is created for the admission in IITs & ISM Dhanbad. The cut-off list will be prepared by considering the following factors:

  • Number of applicants appearing in JEE Advanced 2016.
  • Difficulty Level of Examination Paper.
  • Previous year’s cut-off.
